MEBAsteel: Unconditionally fast and maximally reliable

The powerful dual miter band saw is designed for the heaviest materials, varying profiles, and frequently changing miter cuts. Both-sided miters can be set easily and economically, fully integrated into the material flow, and operated unconditionally fast.

• Infinitely variable saw feed control via ball screw drive

• Rapid downfeed of the saw frame via push button to material edge
• Patented dual miter system (ERP No. 0491120) – unique dual miter band saw where both-sided miters are easily and economically set by pivoting the saw frame and material support

• Automatic movement of clamping vices and digital miter adjustment to 0.1°. The material clamp automatically moves in flow direction according to the desired miter, keeping the material square and close to the saw band

• Miter pivot point at the intersection of saw band and fixed clamping jaw, ensuring no change in length measurement with angle adjustment

• Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping. At any angle of the saw frame, material is clamped parallel at 90°, preventing forces that push it skewed against the fixed jaws

• Stable and proven two-column linear-guided saw frame

• Saw band angled 3° to material support surface

• Central machine operation
• Piece counter: 1–999 with automatic stop
• Feed carriage with maintenance-free linear guides

• Automatic saw frame clearance height adjustment via height control bar
