FAQ

Questions that help you order with confidence

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. Guest checkout is enabled so you can complete orders quickly with only essential billing details.

How do I know if a part matches my machine?

Use product filters and attributes, then share your machine context with us if you need a quick compatibility check.

What payment and order confirmation flow is used?

After checkout, you receive confirmation and our team continues fulfillment with clear follow-up on availability and delivery.

Can I request help before buying?

Yes. If you are unsure about quantities or product fit, contact us and we will guide you before order placement.

What TPI should I choose for cutting steel profiles?

For structural steel profiles and solid bars, 4 to 6 TPI works well for larger cross-sections. For thin-wall tubing and precision cuts on smaller profiles, 8 to 14 TPI gives cleaner results with less vibration. We provide blade selection guidance based on your specific material and MEBA machine model.

What is the difference between bimetal and carbide-tipped bandsaw blades?

Bimetal blades use M42 or M51 high-speed steel teeth welded to a flexible spring steel back. They suit most ferrous and non-ferrous metals with strong cost-per-cut performance. Carbide-tipped blades last longer on hardened alloys, cast materials, and high-volume cutting applications, but carry a higher upfront cost. We help you match blade type to material type and production volume.

How often should bandsaw blades be replaced?

Blade life depends on material hardness, cutting speed, feed rate, and coolant use. A blade showing loss of cut quality, visible tooth damage, or increasing cutting time per piece should be replaced. Scheduled blade changes on a set interval often reduce total cost per cut compared to running blades until failure.

What is the delivery time for webshop accessories and blade orders?

Standard stocked items typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. For items requiring order or specific configurations, our team contacts you with a confirmed delivery estimate after order placement.
