MEBAeco: Ready-made individuality

2-column guided double-miter metal band saw with semi-automatic operation and stepless miter adjustment 30° - 45° - 90° - 135°. Particularly suitable for versatile use with different cross-sections, materials, and frequently changing miter cuts. The machine control complies with CE standard 89/289.

• Semi-automatic sawing cycle with workpiece clamping – cutting – lifting to the set height after the cut is completed
• MEBA high-performance package: saw feed via frequency-controlled ball screw drive with automatic monitoring of cutting pressure and feed. Ensures optimal conditions for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles
• Manual miter adjustment with digital readout to 0.1° accuracy
• Rapid lowering of the saw frame via push button down to the material edge

• Patented double-miter system (ERP No. 0491120): unique double-miter band saw where both-sided miters can be set easily and economically by simply swiveling the saw frame and material support.
• Automatic movement of the clamping jaws and digital miter adjustment. The material clamping jaw moves automatically in the feed direction according to the desired miter, ensuring the material is always clamped square and close to the saw blade
• The miter pivot point is at the intersection of the saw blade and fixed clamping jaw, preventing any change in length when the angle is adjusted
• Hydraulic full-stroke workpiece clamping with rapid material clamping. At any saw frame angle, the material is clamped parallel at 90°
• Rigid two-column saw frame with linear guides
• Saw blade set at a 3° angle to the material support surface

• Saw frame passage height adjustment via height switch bar
