MEBAeco: Ready-made individuality
Semi automatic bandsaw with 2-column linear guided double mitering. Metal-bandsawing machine with stepless mitre adjustment 30° - 45° - 90° - 135°and with patented mitre system (ERP Nr. 0491120). Especially suitable for cutting material with different cross sections. For frequent change of straight and mitre cuts.Center of rotation remains the same for each mitre.The MEBA mitre bandsawing machine MEBAeco 335 DG is an ergonomic machine built with experience gained over a long period of year. Simple central operation. Machine control according CE-Norm 89/289.

- Semi-automatic sawing process with workpiece clamping, sawing, and raising to the set height after the cut is complete
- MEBA high-performance package: Saw feed via frequency-controlled ball screw drive with automatic cutting pressure and feed monitoring. This ensures optimum conditions for every sawing task, i.e., constant pressure for solid material and constant feed for thin-walled profiles.
- Manual miter adjustment, digital readout accurate to 0.1° Quick-action lowering of the saw frame via push button to the edge of the material
